Founded by Stephen Nitkin, a 20+ year veteran in the space, Air Craft works with clients who value personal service, attention to detail, and experience.
Stephen Nitkin has dedicated over 23 years to the private aviation industry. In 2001, Stephen co-founded Marquis Jet, a value-added reseller of NetJets that generated over $5 billion in revenue and went on to sell to Berkshire Hathaway’s NetJets Inc. in 2010. Stephen was among Marquis’ top sales executives and consistently ranked number one in client retention. Post the NetJets’ acquisition, Stephen assumed leadership of NetJets’ largest sales region, overseeing jet card, fractional, and charter sales.
Following his impactful tenure at NetJets, Stephen co-founded Wheels Up in 2013. He held positions including Chief Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, all the while continuing to service his clients’ aviation needs. Stephen has always been a visionary in private aviation and was among the pioneers advocating ride-share, by-the-seat, and community-driven solutions.
